We aim to keep descriptions, images and package information on this website accurate and up to date, but safari availability, accommodation, park fees, routes and prices may change without notice. Displayed prices are starting, per-person guide prices and will be confirmed in your personalised quotation.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once TerraMara Expeditions has issued a written quotation, the arrangements have been accepted by both parties, and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Deposit amounts, balance due dates, and cancellation terms will be set out clearly in your individual quotation and booking confirmation, as these can vary by itinerary, season and the policies of the accommodation and transport providers involved.
Safari arrangements may involve accommodation providers, transport providers, park authorities, activity operators and other third parties, each of whom may have their own terms and conditions. TerraMara Expeditions acts to arrange these services on your behalf but is not responsible for the direct acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.
Travel in remote and wildlife areas carries inherent risks. We take reasonable care in selecting our partners and planning itineraries, but TerraMara Expeditions is not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife behaviour, road conditions, political events, or third-party provider failures. We recommend all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your enquiry or booking will apply.
